BRX Research Center is pioneering organizational biology - a scientific framework that studies businesses as living organisms emerging from complex human relationships.

We're not using metaphor. Organizations literally exhibit all characteristics of life: they metabolize resources, adapt, evolve, reproduce, and can fall ill. Understanding this opens entirely new approaches to business strategy and organizational health.

What we do:

• Conduct interdisciplinary research combining biology, complex systems theory, and organizational science
• Develop diagnostic frameworks for "organizational diseases"
• Publish findings that reshape how we understand and manage businesses
• Train the next generation of organizational biologists

The impact: This isn't just academic theory. Our research provides predictive models for organizational behavior that traditional management approaches miss -like understanding how businesses actually evolve, why certain "diseases" spread through organizations, and what creates genuine organizational resilience.
